You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, misrepresent your identity or infringe the rights of others.

Enquiries and audits

Submitting a form or requesting an audit does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance of an engagement or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. We may request additional information before giving recommendations.

Service and pricing information

Website descriptions and prices are general commercial information and may change. Exact scope, platforms, storefront count, timing, fees, advertising budget and responsibilities are agreed in writing before paid work begins. Advertising spend, marketplace commissions and restaurant-funded discounts are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

No performance guarantee

We provide marketplace management, testing, reporting and operational recommendations. We do not guarantee sales, profitability, marketplace ranking, review removal, platform approval or uninterrupted platform access. Results depend on restaurant operations, market conditions, pricing, demand and third-party platform decisions.

Third-party platforms and trademarks

USA AdVendor is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized representative of DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub. Those services, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of each marketplace remains subject to that platform's terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The website's original text, design and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. Restaurant and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on preliminary information or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
